Farmer's Casserole - Review by Amy Griffith Fenner
This was fabulous with the following changes: I doubled the recipe (to feed my family of 5 -- big eaters) and used a 9X13 baking dish. Because of the reviews of wateriness I only used 1 c of milk (after doubling of course) and baked for a full hour for everything to set. To the egg mixture I added one can of green chilis and a handful of dried onions. Everyone loved this, and it was quite filling (we had about a serving of leftovers). Very quick and easy -- thank you!
