Delicious! To the original recipe, I added 6 thin-sliced deli slices of chopped sweet ham, 3/4 C. grated Sharp Cheddar, only 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 cup thawed chopped spinach. Baked for 18 minutes at 350. They puffed up beautifully and were just perfect. I think 1 tsp. salt would’ve been overkill.
